There is no muffler or resonator on this exhaust, just straight through "titanium" piping so it flows very efficiently with virtually no backpressure. We recommend this exhaust for turbo'd vehicles as the turbo acts as a muffler, but it will bolt right up to any factory E46 M3 midpipe.Many companies sell "Titanium" exhaust systems that are made of stainless steel with "titanium" tips or "titanium" mufflers. Our entire exhaust is pure titanium down to the bolts, clamps and brakets. This exhaust is so light (6.3 lbs) you can literally pick it up with your pinky.
